I’m Tiff Pham (she/they) and I help tenderhearted humans like you build boundaries and communicate more effectively so you can have healthier relationships with others and, more importantly, with yourself.
I used to love being the person everyone came to with their problems because it felt good to help them. Until I realized how draining it could be, finding myself fixating on their problems instead of my own long-ass to-do list. Or, I would help them not because I enjoyed it, but because I needed them to feel better so I could too (hi, codependency!). I thought I knew what boundaries were, but in reality, I was unconsciously trying to control the other person. When I actually learned about boundaries and how to kindly communicate them, I learned how to protect myself from absorbing the overwhelming energy of others while still helping them and achieving balance in my life.
I still have draining interactions from time to time (because no one is perfect), but not nearly as often now. I can also confidently say I know and love who I am more today than ever before. My relationships are more conscious and reciprocal. I can better regulate my own emotions and nervous system without needing to control or worry about what’s going on for the other person. I’m in the driver’s seat of my life, and I’m here to help you take the wheel in yours.

Reading Self-Help Books: While insightful, they might not have provided the personalized guidance and accountability needed.
Therapy: Though beneficial, it might not have provided tangible tools or an actionable plan.

Avoiding Conflict: Steering clear of disagreements in an attempt to keep the peace, leading to unresolved issues piling up.
